Level 3 Kickboxing & Strength Training Instructor


I have been with Farrell's since 2002 and instructor since 2005. I teach strength training, kickboxing and FIT classes.
 
Aside from the excellent life lessons on nutrition and importance of both strength and cardio training in exercising, I have never found a more fun way to do cardio and interval training than an FXB kickboxing class.
 
Outside of the gym I also coach basketball, lift weights and spend time with my family.
 
I regularly teach classes at 7:45pm on Wednesday and Thursday and FIT classes on Saturday.
